Indian Classes

We all love an Indian take away but not necessarily all the fat that typically goes with it. During this hands on workshop you will create curries that you will be familiar with but with less fat, no food colourings, very little sugar but huge flavours.

  • Perfect foolproof method of cooking rice.
  • Make delicious naan bread without the use of a tandoori oven
