Express Dinner Party

Would you like to entertain but feel overwhelmed? In need of some inspiration and new ideas for entertaining, this is the workshop for you. This dinner party cookery course will give you the confidence to effortlessly impress your friends so that you do not have to spend the evening in the kitchen. We will prepare three courses for four people which you will take home to serve either that evening, Sunday lunch or you can freeze it for another time.


We will help you with timings so that you feel confident and excited to replicate what you have learnt to wow your friends.

Goats cheese, red onion & thyme tarts

Asparagus, pancetta stuffed pasta with sage butter


Main courses


Slow cooked leg of duck in a port sauce

Belly pork with fricassee of chorizo and wild mushrooms

Dauphinoise potatoes or creamed parsnips

Red cabbage with pancetta , fennel & apple

Savoy with chestnuts




Sticky toffee puddings

Hazelnut shortbread of mille feuille with mascarpone and berries with caramel sauce

Foolproof chocolate fondant puddings

Lemon almond polenta cake
